To make things easy, all applications are submitted using our Applicant Portal. It’s where you’ll check your application status, update your contact information, and manage your family details.
Remember, to qualify for income-based housing, your income must be below specific limits set by the government. These limits change every year, and there are other requirements to meet too. Also, Mixed-Income & Workforce Housing income limits vary from one development to another.

Navigating the Application Process
Browse our selection of apartments or houses that fit in your housing needs, program, and have an open waitlist.
Use our Applicant Portal to apply to the communities you’re interested in.
As your application nears the top (or if the property has no waitlist), our property staff will invite all adult household members to a preliminary interview.
To maintain a safe and secure community, the property thoroughly evaluates all applications, conducting rental, criminal, and credit checks, and verifying income and assets. For properties that offer “Self-Sufficiency” programs, you will be asked to complete additional screening which may include an assessment.
You’ll be notified by the property staff of the evaluation results and, if approved your estimated rent and security deposit amount.
The property staff will notify you when a unit becomes available, so you can submit a deposit.
